The previous P.F. Chang’s China Bistro in west Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.9 million.

Temple Baptist Church of Little Rock bought the 7,931-SF mission at 317 S. Shackleford Highway from Anchor Realty Investments LLC, led by Alan Bubbus.

The two.06-acre growth was purchased for $1.5 million in November 2021 from Anz Household Property LLC of Plano, Texas.

Anz Household acquired the property for $1.4 million in March 2010 from BV Growth Little Rock LLC of Scottsdale, Arizona.
